What we keep, and why.

Last updated 9 October 2026

01What we keep

When you make an account: your name, your email address and your password. The password is never stored as you typed it, only as a one-way hash that can check it but not reveal it.

If you started from the “Start a video” form, the choices you made there (format, what you give, style) are kept with your account, so your first brief is waiting.

When you write to us: your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message.

02What we use it for

To run your account, to tell you when early access opens, and to answer your messages. Nothing else.

We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.

03Cookies

One cookie, and only when you log in: it keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is signed so it can't be altered, and scripts on the page can't read it.

No tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.

04Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and messages, write to us from the contact page with the email address you used.
